We collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, photos of items to be cleared, and account credentials (encrypted password).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to match you with licensed clearance companies in your area, to process payments via Stripe, and to communicate with you about your jobs.

4. Who We Share Data With

Your contact details are only shared with the clearance company you select, and only after you have paid the booking deposit. Payment data is processed by Stripe under their own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for 2 years after your last job, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your Rights
